Requests for replacement must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Any requests
made after this period will not be considered.

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
However, in instances where the product is out of stock, the company will assume
responsibility for the refund cost.
Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned item, customers will need to wait 1-14 days for our team to
verify any defects or damages. If the verification process exceeds the 14-day timeline, the
company will proceed with processing the refund. If the item is found to be ineligible for
replacement, it will be returned to the customer, and no replacement will be issued.
Replacement Timeline
Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. You will
receive a notification with the tracking details once the replacement item is dispatched.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
For prepaid orders, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. The
cancellation will be effective within 24 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent
immediately. However, orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be
canceled.
EXCHANGE ITEMS
The exchange process takes up to 10-14 days. An exchange order cannot be exchanged
