Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Damages:

At Roboult, we strive to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. Despite our careful packaging, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team at roboultindia@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +919899611752 to report the issue. We will promptly work to resolve it by providing a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction with our service.

Eligibility for Replacement:
  1. Items are eligible for replacement if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
  2. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
  3. All products must contain the Roboult label at the time of returning the product.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Replacement:

Roboult will not accept returns in the following circumstances:

  1. The customer is not interested in the product.
  2. The shipment is returned with the wrong product, extra product, or missing products.
  3. The customer has acted in bad faith or in a fraudulent manner.
  4. In case of abuse of the platform or its policies, including excessive returns or fraudulent activities.
Time Frame

Requests for replacement must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

Process for Requesting Replacement:

  2. Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the replacement process.
  4. Shipping Costs

    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, in instances where the product is out of stock, the company will assume responsibility for the refund cost.

    Inspection and Approval

    Upon receiving the returned item, customers will need to wait 1-14 days for our team to verify any defects or damages. If the verification process exceeds the 14-day timeline, the company will proceed with processing the refund. If the item is found to be ineligible for replacement, it will be returned to the customer, and no replacement will be issued.

    Replacement Timeline

    Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. You will receive a notification with the tracking details once the replacement item is dispatched.

    ORDER CANCELLATION:

    For prepaid orders, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. However, orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

    EXCHANGE ITEMS

    The exchange process takes up to 10-14 days. An exchange order cannot be exchanged twice. By purchasing from our website, you agree to our Returns and Refund policies.

    Miscellaneous

    All customer claims and requests for replacement/refund shall be subject to Roboult’s satisfaction. Roboult reserves the right to amend, change, modify, add, or remove any portion of this policy at any time without prior notice.
